no issue with the location, issue is with the remote access to pick up the vehicles... it takes way too many steps and too long, a lot of this could be done at check in process (drivers license photos etc.) especially when already rented from uhaul and already provided this information. Both times had to call to complete the pick up process.

ROBIN HIf someone rents extra equipment it needs to be available upon truck pickup. Luckily, in my case, the movers I hired said they had a dolly.

wilton DInternet connection is bad, there are many hidden fees i needed a truck for the afternoon for a quick moving the truck was delivered fast to me but in the end so many hidden fees, i expected 20 bucks as advertised it ended up being 90 for some reason. I really needed the truck that day i appreciate the quick service but the amount of hidden fees was very dissapointing.

Jordan TI suspect the Dealer added insurance coverage. I rent cars frequently and use Uhaul and never select insurance as my State Farm policy covers my rentals.

HEYMANS BU-Haul needs to stock their location with utility dollies. Was able to use an appliance dolly for my move, but may not be the best equipment for others.

Grace TThe truck was having engine issues and was very slow. The equipment at this location for trucks is OLD. I have leased from other locations with beautiful trucks and vans, well maintained and comfortable. This location is behind the times. It took 15 minutes to get into the truck. The lock I was told was bruised. It took 45 minutes to return the truck. It would not accept pictures or indicate which pictures are highlighted as errors. Awful experience. I will not recommend anyone go there. Next time, Penske because this ordeal was miserable
