ROBYN TTruck felt like it was about to fall apart
DAVID BThe truck had a miss fire The agent told me I could drop the truck at any uhaul location in north York. However, when I went to drop it to keele and Wilson, they did not accept the truck. I called customer care who insisted that I must drive the truck back to woodstock at an extra fuel and mileage cost totalling to $207. I was forced to drive the truck back overnight which was very inconveniencing, besides the additional cost!
Paul Astaff were not up to speed on how to process rental. I spent 35 minutes picking it up and 30 minutes returning it. Also i was charged for fuel despite confirming i had only driven 15 miles and produced the receipt for the fuel i purchased. I will likely not rent from U haul again
RONALD AOverall, ver bad service. I book for one way in advance, prior to the day , called said not available near by then I must go 53KM pickup the truck. If you take the reservations it means it's confirmed, dont change based on your profit. Why you are treating less or consider less for "One Way" truck rental.? Hope you can change it. Nah, I dont think so, since money talks.
