I would never recommend renting from this business!! No one is in the storefront no matter the time or day. I dropped off my rental 18 hours after I picked it up and FIVE days later they have yet to check the truck back in and charged me extra days 😡

Everything was convenient to us. Especially being a last minute thing. The worker was respectful and knew what he was doing. The lady I spoke to as well. I'm greatful to them both for finding the time in a short moment to been able to help. Most ppl would have brushed you off knowing there about to close. They both should acknowledged and I would recommend and refer to anyone. The area isn't the best but we as women definitely felt comfortable. Thank you!

Well I'm upset because when truck was returned I went with the guy to check mileage and gas amount he checked the truck and everything passed he totaled the bill and it came to be $112 total. Then two days later they bill me another 56 but can't tell me why or return any calls.

The email said to pickup at 9 am, I showed up and the shop doesn’t open until 10. I came back an hour later, and the representative had no clue what to do. He had to call someone, who walked him through the whole process. Then at the end, he handed me the Uhaul key and said if it wasn’t the truck out front, it was a truck in the back. So I had to hunt down the truck myself, by the time I left with my Uhaul it was 11:30. I will never recommend Uhaul again
