The employees went above and beyond to work out a time that was convenient for us to pick up the u haul. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location for a rental .

Turner PDon't charge customers 3 times and don't mess up the locations that people need to drop off at. We asked for one location there was no space so they sent us elsewhere and was supposed to fix the location in which they didn't when we finally dropped the trailer off we had wasted a lot of gas and don't have money to do anything else. We barely made it to my dad's house which was an hour away from the u haul place. It shows the 65 being processed and now we have the other 2 for 80 a piece still processing. I feel as if we had been screwed over.
Jason DWas not happy that I received a letter threatening legal action for theft of equipment. The equipment was turned in but not listed as such by agent.
Jerry PI went to pick up my u haul that was reserved at this location. Online it said the earliest I could come to pick it up was 10 am I got there at 10 am they said I had to go down the road to mountain market to check out (about 1 mile back up the road). That would have been ok but I had someone drop me off, so I didn't have a way to go get there. He did offer to give me a ride there. He then said hold on let me check and see if anyone is there. Noone was there. He said he couldn't check me out and I would need to go to another location to get my truck (about 10 more miles up the Road which I had to pay the extra milage on the truck). He also said if I had been there about 30 min earlier someone was there. When I told him the website said that 10 am was the earliest he said they open at 8 am (which would have been much more convenient). I had to call my ride to come get me and take me to the other location. That location was helpful. I returned the truck to this location (DCS Equipment Rental) there was no one there at 11am they had a sign that said if you need U-Haul help than to call the number. I called that number it was an invalid number. I left the U-Haul and put the keys in the drop box. I called Double L rental (where I got my U-Haul) and said I returned it to the DCS location they said OK. A week later I got a call from U-Haul saying they didn't have a record that I returned the U-Haul
allison vThere was no drop box for the key and custom service wasn't any help. We just drove the truck to another location up the road and dropped it off and put keys in their drop box.
Leea PThe business was not open when they said they would be and none of the phone numbers I tried calling actually worked. I ended up calling U-Haul to let them know that we were just dropping the trailer off and they said to do the after hours process even though it was 1:30 in the afternoon on a Monday and they should’ve been opened. I told the customer service rep at U-Haul that the person dropping off didn’t have the app and all of that and she said I could be charged a fee for dropping after hours, which again, we weren’t. It seems like every time I have to use U-Haul there’s something that is just not right.

Morgan CThey need to change the hours of operation on your website for DCS Equipment Rental . They say there are open at 8 am - 8 pm, I evened called them to confirm the hours so I could pickup the trailer and when I got there no one was there. Waited for over hour and a half. Only to have it take another two hours to get the rental started. The employee they’re NOT trained on how to do the rental setup. So it put me behind for the move that I had to completed. I WOULD NOT DCS as a pickup place. If I wasn’t experienced at hooking up trailers it would have been longer because she didn’t know how to do that either
