This rental point is located in a strategic location as there are no nearby units, making it very useful for people in the region. The service system through the app is excellent as the rental can be done independently and outside of normal opening hours. Thank you very much for the service.

Heather MThe girl who answered the phone was rude and the call cut out so when I called back she accused me of hanging up on her. She berated me for not knowing what to do for the 24-7 pick up after we had sat there for 40 minutes waiting for the shop to open. The truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas, so our first stop was to find a gas station where we could drive a 26’ truck. A very frustrating experience that could have been so much better.
Judi SUhaul app is very worst it take 30mins to load easy and everything it took 10mins to take a picture on on app. My phone is 14 pro max it’s not the phone fault. Please make an update in app. It’s waste of time in hot summer not able to stand outside.
SATHISH KI was routed to this drop off location by u-haul. It was a bit off the beaten track. I was able to call and arrange for a late drop off so simply pulled up and dropped the trailer in an open space and left. They checked the trailer in the next business morning. No complaints on my end just that it was bit of a travel for me to drop the trailer.

Karla RI put n/a because I didn’t want to say no for question 2. The interior and exterior were totally fine to use, but there was mud on the floor of the truck and covering the wheels. It was fine but I struggled with the “is it clean question” when we both picked it up and dropped it off. The truck worked fine and was the perfect solution for us to pickup furniture when disassembling a family member’s estate, but there was rubber that was loose around the windshield so it made funny noises when the wind would blow hard. This location is super convenient for us and we really appreciated the ease of reserving online and picking up with a few quick steps.

steven bThe attendant Angie, while being very personable was obviously on some type of upper as she was unfocused and kept delay Ing the process by telling stories of past clients and she was extremely antsy as much as to make both my son and I very uncomfortable. Oher than that everything was ok,. the facility could use a facelift. as it was seriously run down.
Donna SThere are several buildings, and, depending on where you're coming from, it can be a little hard to tell where to go. Staff was very friendly and helpful -- came outside to direct me on where to park.
Licia RLess than one hour after renting the trailer I received a call from Andi at this location wanting to know what time it would be returned. I advised most likely between 3:30 - 5:00 pm. She asked that it be returned the following day as they would be closing early due to an appointment and stated I would not be charged for the additional day. I reminded her I was already was paying for the two day minimum and that it would be returned before their closing time. She called me back again stating that her appointment was running late and again asked to return it the next day I told her that it was on its way to be dropped off while we were speaking which was around 3,:30 pm. She then said something about the fucking trailer and hung up. You are not expected to drop the trailer off at the convenience of the location. Not everyone has the room or wants to keep car transported overnight. This woman expects the customer to be inconvenienced around her needs.

The Rental office had the strongest smell of cigarette smoke i have smelled in years if not ever. I had to leave the room once for fresh air. I changed and washed my clothes when I got home and toke the plastic off of the blankets because of the smell had the blankets not been sealed I would not have been able to use them.
Howard WI was moving my mother and had to change dates, truck selection and times. Andi at the Ijamsville location was awesome. She guided me through the the process at the beginnng and stayed with me during my changes. Truck ran great and we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this location.

Rosa MAndi was fantastic to work with. She was super helpful and accommodating. She provided lots of tips and helped me get the best value. I strongly reccomend this location. I showed up without a reservation after having a bad experience at a different dealer. When I showed up, she was busy but took a quick break to acknowledge me as compared to the other dealer who ignored me. Andi helped me out when I needed it. Go here first. I wish someone would have given me this advice.

Gary HI had reserved a truck at the Mount Airy location and was moved to another location in Frederick without notice. I called and they were able to move me to Monrovia. This location was fine however they charged me for fuel when I put fuel in to it prior to dropping off. I have the receipt and picture of the fuel gage when I dropped it off. I sent this by email to the email provided and it was returned as not deliverable. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone after this total experience.

AMAZING The lady at the puck up location was also just as nice. I called her number to confirm my changes and she had just left for the day. She asked if I could hold on while she turned around to go back to the office. AMAZING I explained I was just confirming my pick up change order and told her not to turn around that I would call her the next morning. She called me before I could her. AMAZING WELL DONE U-HAUL You'll have my business in the future.

Robert TThe office to pick up keys is simply disgusting. It smells horribly of cigarette smoke other offensive things. Comparing this location to a place in Cleveland I used last year is night and day. I doubt uhaul wants this MD. place representing them.
