They seemed like they had no idea what was going on. They had to re-enter everything...I even had to lean over the desk to help. Barely spoke English - one guy had to be the interrupter. I didn't schedule my pickup there but it was changed to be there. No hitch to purchase. Some guy tried to sell us one...didn't speak English. Was there probably 1 hour. Got the rental all messed up...I had to call customer service the day I returned.
