IYORE OEverything went well. I had paid for more kilometres and time and as I didn’t used that much, they refund me the difference. Additionally, the return procedure was so easy.
Diego OGive the vehicle with a full tank of gas. I feel like that giving with 1/4 tank will have people fill it up more than what they need which is what happened to me. I ended up giving it back with more fuel that what I got it at. It should be given with a full tank and you top off what you used. Kinda shady

Jerome BI booked a 20foot truck last September 21,2024 and picked the truck at 8:30am. Truck was dirty. Noticed that the Blanket I ordered was not there too, to wrap all the furnitures that I need to transport. I called them and they said they don’t have it. It’s easy for them to say, but I was expecting a lot for that blanket. Yet, I paid for it. It was so unorganized and staff are unprofessionals. Here we are at the storage part, cane in to the front desk they said they don’t have available 8by10by12 storage.. yet I booked it fews days they said they have available ( 84ave surrey bc location). Simply they just told me sorry and they offer me the smaller storage. Giving me a second thought that all my stuff won’t fit. Nothing they can’t do something about it that’s there decision…end up I get a small storage.. leaving me no choice. the hustle and time that I spent is useless. My expectations with them are high but now it’s very poor service.. Front desk people are unprofessional and they don’t know what they are doing.. hope they can do something about it.
Alejandro STell the customer you need to refill gas before returning. Was charged an extra 20 dollars without explanation.
Sherrise AWould have been nice to know at least a week before that this was the pick up place, I had asked for a North Vancouver pick up, that’s where I was living found out the evening before the pick up that I had to drive to Delta for pick up. Had to have a friend drive me to this location as I was moving to the island and picking up there cause delays in my plans.
Eric FDidn't receive any calls the day before pick up regarding time and location but when I called in the lady mentioned someone already contacted me and set up a pick up time and advised me the location. When I got to the pick up location I wasn't able to locate the uhaul since there's no sign at all. Hope this can be improved in the future!

eugene mIt looked like a truck graveyard. However the man did mention that this was a new location and that although I could drop the truck there, there was nobody there or any other U-Haul brand trucks. It was super confusing. I phoned the number twice lol cause I didn’t think it was really a U-Haul place.
