Chas DTwo things that I might mention… Firstly, I wish somebody would’ve told me to make sure I had the tow/haul off. A new gas mileage would be awful in such a big truck, but I probably could’ve saved a little bit if somebody would’ve told me that. Secondly I use the windshield wipers a couple of times and then yesterday on the last leg to the home we were taking the load to the passenger side windshield wiper broke. This happened during a lot of rain. I had to use it intermittently so I could still see from the driver side. One good thing is that the personnel here that checked me in was able to give me more mileage. They barely gave me enough to do part of the trip In the original reservation through U-Haul..

andrew xSelf dispatch and the APP are very difficult to use. I spent two and half hrs trying to get keys on a Sunday to use the truck.
Curtis DThe truck was gross like a can of soda exploded in the cab. And the number for this specific drop off on Google was either wrong or the lady who answered was just rude as hell and hung up on me. but, calling the 1-800 number helped, the guy who answered (Deric) was wonderful
