STEPHEN BCustomers need to be aware they may return equipment to a location that is best for their personal needs;NOT at the location that they are being told MUST BE DROPPED OFF AT a location where that person is the manager. I would fire them!
Sandra HThe truck was clean inside, however, driving the truck was not enjoyable. The truck was extremely loud, like the windows weren't sealing correctly. Driving at freeway speeds with the noise was brutal. Another issue was the headlights. They were very dim and it was very hard to see at night. The worst part was both front tires were very worn down and bald. One of the front tires was worn down to the point that the cording under the rubber was visible. This truck was not properly maintained. As far as the pickup location, I scheduled to have my paperwork completed in person after picking up the truck at 8:30 AM. However, there was no employee onsite at 8:30. I waited until around 8:45 and still no one showed. Thankfully, I was able to contact someone at U-Haul on the phone who was able to get everything completed so I could start moving.
Todd WDJ's repair could benefit from having U-haul provide them with a better selection of U-Hauls to choose from. Nick is the best!

Kendra LThe place was closed. We had no interaction with anyone. We left our contract signed and dated with the time of drop-off in their box. We had a trailer so we didn't need keys.

RICHARD WWe need this remote location, any other U-Haul yard is an hour and a half drive way. Staff is excellent. Business is light so posted hours are a bit short. The one thing I would improve first is better phone access, perhaps calls transfer to another business or home in the area after hours? Large flat easily accessible yard.

harold mDropped off trailer after hours. Saw someone in shop and ask if they were still open. Fellow said no they were closed, Then proceeded to ask if I needed help to unhitch and if things were all good Very personable and service oriented. I told him I could drop off and fill paperwork for after hours drop off. He said thank you and holler if I needed help.

Charles A20' u-haul I was supposed to get head engine problems.. I was given a 26' u-haul in exchange. It was it was having issues as well as well and I called the facility where I rented it from and they refused to call me back. I needed advice if there was something I was doing wrong or any suggestions and they refused any communication. I was also supposed to get the u-haul delivered to where I lived and I was told that no one wanted to drive out there to drop off the u-haul so I had to drive an extra hour each way.

Don NIt took us 2.5 hours w 24/7 pickup to get the truck. U-haul software would not accept our contact locations. This was extremely frustrating. The truck was an alternate because there was no one available to check in our 15 truck, we were given a 20' truck that did not include the furniture moving wheely things. When braking the truck went into 5k rpm, so I didn't stop stop, turn off the engine and restart multiple times, dirty windshield.
Janet HDJ's has been in the same location for 30 (? or so...) years. I have used them before for pick up and for drop off. The father and son team are friendly and helpful. There is no waiting around for someone to assist you.

Delwyn ZThey need to get the information from the online original contract and even after I thought I had straightened this out yesterday they still tried to bill me for 84 dollars more after paying 400 dollars for 1/2 a day to go 45 miles
Edward MThe trailer was showing its age. Lots of scratches and dings, the metal seams had been chalked, and one wheel was out of alignment. It got the job done just the same. UHaul charged us a cleaning fee even though the trailer was returned as clean as when it was picked up. They never responded to our email about the charge. Makes us think twice before coming come back to or recommending this location.
MARK BDJ’s was great, they were having internet problems that day , but called me when all was good then it was in-n-out.
