Uhaul needs to do site surveys. The area around the business had cars in different states of being stripped with debris in the parking lot that was concerning to damage tires. The owner/ operator doing the Uhaul transaction was good. This location was much further than the original pick up location, adding miles/ cost to my rental.

Doug CCab was dirty on the inside. Window crank knob was broken so almost impossible to roll down the window. The wood tie down was broken in the back. Broken glass all over the parking lot.
