U-Haul in general..... I drove from the pickup home, loaded and drove directly to the destination and stopped twice for gas and drove to drop-off location. I was 1 mile more than the allotted miles and was billed for it! Your software has no idea what reasonable mileage should be. Ridiculous, especially since I took a bigger truck to help you get trucks in the right place!

Everything went great, truck was clean, ran well, and had cold AC. No complaints.
David BThe employee seemed new at this. Overall, everything was good except when time to hook the trailer up to the truck there was no help. The tongue was down on the ground. It's at three tries and everything I had in me to be able to lift that up and get it on the hitch. There should be somebody there to help with this. The trailer shook and vibrated my entire 10 hour trip. I got out and checked wheel bearings and all seemed good there. I noticed the trailer had new tires. So I thought to check the lug nuts. All four wheels had loose lug nuts. Like somebody had hand tighten them but did not finish torguing them down. I had to stop three times and tighten lug nuts on that trailer. I did call to bring to their attention and Ben the regional did call me back and work to resolve the situation.

Scott WPlease pick a drop off place that is open on Sundays. I did not feel comfortable just dropping it off. The web site to check out wasn't bad either, I figured it out. But I'm glad I went through my paperwork because I didn't know I had to check out there, nobody said anything about that. Plus there is 36. Dollar charge, not sure what that is. Thank Jeff
Jeff SFar better than anticipated, people tend to leave negative reviews, out experience was just the opposite. In my line of work I am very attune to customer service and levels of implementation. I am pleasantly impressed. Danny greeted and took care of us consummately professional. Spent time to ensure we were pleased and squared away. I highly recommend, 5 star experience.
