The only problem was that there was no fuel in the truck at pickup. The fuel needle was below empty. I wasn't sure if it would last till the gas station or not.

Denise BNot staffed. Had trouble checking in with the Uhaul App and eventually had to call the support number. The representative who answered the support number was very helpful, and we eventually got it sorted out, but it would have been less stressful if I had been able to pick up the truck at the staffed location where I originally attempted to reserve the truck. Was my pickup shifted to the unstaffed site because I was a sucker and agreed to do the pickup through the App?
Mark PGas charge is frustrating. For 19 miles travel they charged me 4 gallon gas bill ignoring the objection that I refiled 1.5 gallons of gas. I guess 4.75 mpg is OK for their trucks. So, for me it's 25$ overhead for nothing.

IAN HTruck was not cleaned out when we picked it up. There was pet fur on the front seats. Staff was friendly and inviting.
Glenn NThe previous people left a huge mess that we had to clean up. On the app when I rented you had me upload a picture and then said “congrats, now drive away in this horrid thing and deal with the mess yourself” (my paraphrasing). It should have assigned me another truck or something. At the very least I should get the cleaning done that I certainly hope you charged the previous people, since I had to clean it myself.

naveen jThe 10 yd truck is designed for small humans. At 6’7” I don’t qualify. Can’t see traffic signals, can’t see all the instrument panel. No suspension system to speak of. Lights worked!

Tesheeka MThe digital check out app did not accept my headshot 5 different times even as I was on a flat background and had no mask, hat or glasses on. There were issues with it accepting the back of my driver's license, their scanning feature didn't work and it was not clear what orientation they wanted the drivers license in. Then when I went to bring my truck back I couldn't find the gas calculator. The reservation said it was in my contact I went through the digital contract several times and had a 2nd person look as well but neither of us could find it. You would think they would have it available on the website but neither I more my friend could find it. I ended up overpaying for gas because of this.
Amber VThis location was brand new; so the owner was a little rusty in setting us up. So not fair to rate a first starter. They did throw in extra blankets because they had none so I appreciated that.

Scott GI was over charger for gas and when i try to return the truck the man was not there he leave work 2 hours before closing. Because of the service i received here moving forward I will mostly never used uhaul again.

Troy SThe location was not the location we reserved from, that location did not have the truck we wanted so they told us to go here instead. When we got there we went inside the office door, which is evidentally closed on Saturday, but the office door was not locked. The alarm went off and the police came. We had to show ID to police and talk to them until they could get a hold of the owner. We asked the owner for the key, but were then told to use the prompts online to open the key box. This process is TERRIBLE It took over 45 minutes to get the key out of the box. The ap kept starting over, we had to resubmit photos, it was a nightmare! Not a pleasant experience at all! We got there at 8:56 and didn't pull out until almost 10 am. Trucks were parked very close together and if we didn't have experience in driving bigger trucks there could have been a lot of damage. Truck only had 1/4 tank gas in it. We've always gotten them full and returned full. Bed of truck was not swept out entirely.

Benjamin PI would include the lockbox code in the “return” process because I wasn’t able to get back into the lockbox (I had locked it during the pickup) and ended up having to call Customer Service. I guess she “left a note in my account”, so hopefully all is well. I had to drop the key in the “24-Hour Return” key-drop, which is not the place that the app directed me to drop my key in. I’m skeptical about whether or not I’m going to get charged for this. Otherwise it was just fine, the app was great aside from this.

thomas dThe website now shows a reduction of $50... The truck leaked. The flexible thing where you return the truck to the same location is not really applicable if the don't give you st least what the round trip mileage is!!! Also...the truck leaked bad and soaked many important items...some that cannot be replaced!!! Not sure why you are asking for feedback...its not like you give two shits anyway! I will not be returning to uhaul ever as a customer!!!
Dawn WI was charged another day for my truck but was not able to keep it because they had already rented back out again so I was rushed to get it returned and charged for it
