There is no parking around the shop. I was expecting a parking lot to pick up and return equipment instead equipment was 1/2 away and when I returned it same thing I drove around for about 3 miles to finally find a spot also about a 1/2 mile away in freezing cold weather. Never again will I rent from these neighborhood locations that do not have a parking lot. And that you have to walk a hike mile to pick up and return the equipment.

Our rental experience was great. Would love to see more road-friendly features, including cell phone and cup holders. There were only two cup holders and one of them had to double as a cell phone/navigation holder! Electronic windows and a way to ensure keys don't get locked in the truck would also be optimal. Thanks again for helping make our move easier!
