First of all, this is not at 3639 Howard St. It is on St Louis Ave. You can see where the trucks are parked from the Howard St address, but you can not easily get from one place to the other. Also, there is nobody to talk to. There is no way to get your keys. Not only that, but calling U-Haul customer service was exceptionally frustrating. The first person I spoke with said she couldn't help but she knew just the people to transfer me to. There I went, into the never ending phone que. After hanging up thirty minutes later, I called customer service again. This person said she would transfer to just the right place, and even though I was strenuously protesting there I went into the U-Haul f-you que. Trying one last time, I finally got a CSR that wanted to help customers. She started making calls, and it only took her thirty minutes before she was able to get someone from DSP to come out to the location. That CSR, her name is Robin, was the one ray of light in that whole miserable experience of dealing with DSP and U-Haul. If I ever rent from U-Haul again after such miserable treatment it will only be because of her.

There should be a sign saying where the U-Haul drop off spot is (in the back of the building).
Miya RThe U-Haul rep on the phone stated that there would be someone there till 7pm. There was only a drop box. The online process for check in and check out online was tedious and time consuming.
