Nice business and great customer service

Elaine H.The woman that processed my rental was not customer friendly at all. I greeted her upon entering to which she never responded. If I had flexibility in my schedule, I would have gone to the Dogwood location the next day. I really do my best to spend my money were I treated kindly. She was more concerned with her lunch not having cilantro. Then, if that wasn't enough, I was charged for 2 days. I returned the vehicle before 5pm as scheduled. Still awaiting a refund notification.
RAIMONA H.Truck was dirty and had spiders and ants everywhere. I was issued a 20' truck for a one way trip. I retired uhaul to correct drop off location. I was called the next day by employee and manager and was told I had to go get the truck from my assigned drop off and bring it back. I was very upset and they had so many rebuttals and demanded I bring it back. I then gave them the number to Ted with computer essentials. I then called Ted and he explained that it was their fault for renting out that truck and having it available because it is supposed to be a local rental to be brought back. He assured me it was an error on their end and that I did nothing wrong. Will not recommend anyone to rent from Dalon Collision.
TIFFANY G.Truck was filthy and the AC did not work... It was nearly 100 degrees out and no AC... I am not blaming the location because I don't know whose responsibility it is to provide clean trucks that have working AC... I was very disappointed as I typically have good experiences with Uhaul.
Chris B.The cab was very dirty but my main issue was right/passenger side mirrors were broken. I had to ask the extra person to constantly put the mirror back in place. Such a safety hazard!
Aaron M.Hell No, I hate I had to start this message off with a cursing word but I was greatly disappointed with this location. I walked in to a young male behind a counter who for almost 5 minutes with his doing nothing but scrolling on his phone refused to even acknowledge me. Come to find out he was waiting on a customer to come out of the bathroom. He never said. Just one moment. I'll be with you in a minute. Then, the guy he was helping did not have a card for his deposit and was trying to use cash. So he had step aside and place some calls. Meanwhile the young dude decided to catch up on his text messages. After me asking him could I please get some help while the guy figured his situation out. He finally help me. Took my confirmation #, handled me the kids and THATS IT. Not pointing to me to any vehicle nor going over anything. I received a text message and that was fine but by that time I was so upset. I just used the vehicle for what I needed it for and brought it back. This was the worse experience I've ever had with any Uhaul location.
Nicole H.Fraudulent charges where made please check the drop off businesses because this is wrong. The employees where unprofessional. The front desk receptionist did not help at all. No receipt was given to me either. They charged me an extra $183 which was more than I paid to rent the truck.

Anthony R.the truck was not cleaned when i got it. they charged me for damages that were there before i got it and now i have to wait to get my money back. if you are going to advertise $0 out of pocket cost for insurance then i should not be charged for anything if i purchased insurance . this place needs to stop uhaul.

Garnet S.When I rented the truck, it had soda spilled in the cupholders. I'll let the person know at the time about this. I returned the truck promptly before 6:45 PM. I refuel the vehicle, one of the questions ask if the vehicle was clean. I answer no. I Then was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I was instructed to call the office and speak to the manager. I called and left a message I still have not received a return call and was charged for the full 60 miles than I estimated. My bill on the portal said $88 I was charged 98. I was trying to have $25 cleaning so removed from the $88 to make my bill go to the mall $63. I'm wondering if I need to dispute this on my credit card. Hopefully someone will contact me at 678-451-9112. Thank you for the time to speak my piece
Donnae C.Reserved blankets and appliance dolly along with the truck. I called the day before to make sure the truck would be there along with the appliance dolly and blankets. She told me my name was on it and I was good to go. Showed up to pick up my rental and only the truck was there. I was glad that was there but really needed the appliance dolly as I was moving those items by myself. Ended up having to pay the moving help to make a stop at my house to remove the fridge. Cost me more money because of uhaul's inability to make available the equipment that was reserved. Neither Dalons or Uhaul gave me any resolution or even attempted to make it right. Just said sorry and that was that… also when I picked up the truck neither the previous renter or dalons had swept out the truck. Lots of dust, dirt, & misc debris left for me to sweep out before packing the truck. Really appreciated that…

GREG K.I am currently dealing with an issue where I have been overcharged for my recent rental. The overcharge was the result of an improper fuel gauge reading that was entered into the closing contract paperwork. Thankfully, I asked for the total amount of the rental prior to me leaving which led me to ask what the additional charges consisted of. Upon advising that the vehicle was returned with more fuel than it was received as I had purchased $20 worth of fuel and only driven it approximately 40 miles the vehicle was checked again. This time I was advised that the initial reading was incorrect and that the fuel level was satisfactory. I was advised that the contract would be updated to show this information and that I would receive an email with the final contract. This has not occurred as of yet. Contract No: 90670175

fernando L.There was and issue with the wordlock and when I called Uhaul the customer service rep couldn't do anything at all and had no solutions to the problem except blaming the location. I was extremely lucky to have a AFM randomly come to the location to check trailers and he resolved by putting in a different word code to unlock the key. To improve I would give your customer service reps the ability to solve problems and second have locations be more precise with keys and lock boxes.
FIELDING C.When the office is closed & you drop off the vehicle rented, please make sure you check your camera to see the dropped off time. I was being charged for two extra days, in which I had to advise the company to check their camera.

SEAN D.The Google Maps directions tell you to turn too soon when coming from GA-20 (look for the Dalon Collision sign). UHaul trucks are lined up where you need to park the truck. Drop off was quick and easy.
