Very nice employee, but had zero knowledge of how the rental system worked. Tried his best to help as much as possible, but the lack of knowledge regarding the system and the very large language barrier made it difficult at best.

BRIAN SFirst of all, location was pretty difficult to find. You should mention it’s at the gas station. Secondly, the dolly I rented was not with the vehicle. I’m pretty pissed off because I had to leave behind a $2k fire proof filing cabinet as well as a couch. Services were completely unacceptable

XAVIER GThere was only one employee at the gas station at the time we rented the u-haul and she seemed very overwhelmed. We had stop many times for several minutes each time for her to assist other customers using the convenience store. This ended up taking way more time than expected. To her credit she helped us as much as she possibly could but did not seem to fully understand the ins and outs of the u-haul side of things. We had some questions for her that she could not answer and gave us her bosses number to reach out to him. This was inconvenient considering it was getting pretty late and it is already stressful enough preparing for a move out of state. The truck didn't seem to be inspected in between rentals. It had a check engine light on, the back of the truck was not cleaned at all and the front suspension made an odd noise going at highway speeds. Last but not least we rented the truck for 3 days and it was stated on the contract but a couple days after we turned it in there was a charge for an extra day and it stated that the rental was only for 2 days. This was eventually refunded but the fact that this even happened is not acceptable.
Mark FI was slightly confused as this location was at a gas station. The attendant was very nice and helpful. It was a little hard to find though since it was slightly deceiving. It is good to know that gas stations can be pick-up/drop off locations. Maybe in the future, it would be helpful to identify the building with a photo or something like that.
Natalie JThe experience was okay at the location but the truck experience was sub-par. The truck drove fine, but the fact that the steering wheel was so out of alignment was ridiculous. I have experience driving trucks of this size so was able to make due...but that wouldn't be the case for others trying to drive a truck where the steering wheel is off-kilter just to make the truck drive straight. I needed a truck that morning to move my belongings, but was very disappointed that this was not addressed before renting it out. I made sure to leave feedback that alignment of the steering wheel should be addressed before renting the truck out to someone else. In the future, I will probably look for another solution outside of Uhaul because of this.
Noah JI have video if you would like. Had to hold steering wheel at 45 degree angle to drive straight. No where to plug in phone, if I'd known I'd have brought a lighter adapter. Had to crank it 2 to 3 times before the engine would turn over. Way too much play in the steering wheel. Shifting through gears was very, very loose. This was a dangerous vehicle and should not be deployed. Back lift had a combination lock on it for which proprietor failed to give me the combination. Got to 40 mph before vehicle would shift into 2nd or 3rd.

Keith SThe customer service at this store was excellent. The little truck I got worked great. Don't get me wrong. But on the other end where I dropped it off was the problem. And I was told I would get the $19 a day after getting here. No after the initial charge then dropping it off I get a $324.12 charge to my card. The truck was clean. And I got pictures, even of where the gas gage was when I started. There was rails where there was supposed to be a ramp but no ramp. So yeah I'm a bit pissed off. The gas gage was not in between 3/4 and full it was more between a 1/4 and half. The lady was very nice. Talking to her. And you can plainly see that in my picture. I think I'll go with budget next time. They are cheaper and have a ramp on that size of truck.

Deenie CCharged me for 6 blankets and there were only two. Took 40 min to complete paperwork. Something is wrong w the transmission on that truck—it kept arbitrarily downshifting!! Return was confusing and no one knows what they are doing at that location Terrible!!!!
