The staff were courteous and check out went smoothly. A male staff member hooked up trailer to my truck hitch. Staff then directed me to drive "the loop" to exit the site and there is not a paved lane or even gravel lane, just a bumpy mowed path. Well I turned too tight a circle and couldn't see over my truck hood that I headed into higher grass and ended up rolling over junk hidden by higher grass. Luckily no damage to my truck. Staff lady came running and apologized saying something like "Oh I forgot to warn you about stuff in the high grass". And I said: "You need to either move the junk or put up flags/ markers". Then for return, she said they are open until 4:30pm on weekdays. Well I should up at 4pm the next day and they were closed. So I had to use Uhaul app for check in, no problem. But tough to unhook trailer because hitch turn knob very tight, and I have arthritis in hands, just wished I had help since I arrived during regular hours. I'll just go to Uhaul in Tahlequah or Muskogee next time.

I was satisfied with the location. I was not satisfied when my reservation was changed 3 times, and then I was told I would have to drive an hour away to pick up the truck. Finally, Janice from customer service helped me to get. a truck, which was bigger than the truck I ordered, the day before moving day. This whole procedure was extremely stressful and cost me more than what I was quoted. I really don't think I will ever recommend U haul to anyone.

Elizabeth DI’m just going to say that it would be easier if after someone was done with the truck, fill it up before bringing it back and so on and so on. It would be much easier if that was the policy instead of having to fill it before we get started moving.
