There were no available staff upon drop off. I called the company DN diato, and I received an answer, and the person said they don't deal with you haul stuff. The very next morning, Monday morning. I received a receipt for a bill an additional fee of mileage and a cleaning fee. They did not have, or could I find a dumpster or garbage can anywhere. I also left the truck more than a half a tank over what it had originally and when I asked for a reduced price for fuel, I was laughed at. I have been a faithful customer for years and this was by far my worst experience ever.

Great customer service
ADRIANA SThe staff were knowledgable and friendly. There were no suitable customer bathroom facilities. I was given the keys and told to go take the truck. I was unhappy that the mirrors did not adjust. I am 5 feet tall and with the seat pulled forward, the mirror placement was less than safe for me.
CHRISTINE RMake sure they know what they are doing. We returned the truck to Sebeka on a Saturday, but we couldn't return it online.

Mark MThe drop off location was dirty, but then again it's and auto repair business. However it was only 8 miles from my house so I was happy about that. U Haul wanted it dropped off approximately 25 miles further, go figure.
