Had to cancel the job, equipment didn't remained at the pickup location. Never saw the drop off location. The site is forcing me to enter something in order to submit the review.

The app makes off hour pickups possible. However I think most less tech savvy people would not do well with this. Make sure uhaul warns users of the need for a mobile app
