Beware of U-Haul’s Bait and Switch tactics! Nowhere in my reservation, driving instructions or final invoice does it say that you are limited to so many miles driven and if you go over this limit, there are additional fees! They just sneak this charge onto your credit card with no explanation. This will be the last time they scam me, because I will NEVER EVER rent from this corrupt and sneaky company again! BEWARE!!

The entire process was terrible from the start to finish. Nobody was on site when we arrived, and nobody was on site when we returned the truck. We ended up having to check in online which was not a smooth process either.
