I made a reservation at the Ashland City, TN location 2 weeks prior to my pickup date. I received a call from someone at the Madison, TN location office days before my pickup date. The woman said I had to pick up my truck in Pleasant View, Tennessee which was an inconvenient for me. I went to Ashland City, Tennessee U-haul store the next day. They were able to work it out so that I could pick it up with my original location in Ashland City because it was a truck available there. Thanks Ashland City Uhaul for your professionalism and great customer service.

I booked a cargo van several weeks in advance only to find out the day I was supposed to pick up the van from another location that we had to come to this one, which is more than 30 minutes away from the original location. It made what was supposed to be an easy experience unnecessarily difficult.
