Leovigildo RI turned in the truck Thursday night with the trailer. They didn't check in the truck or something and charged me for an extra day. I turned it in a day early.

Kerry-Ann HIt took 1.5 hours to finalize rental. Even though I reserved the truck and service I needed... and was supposed to need to do an online checkin.. the truck was locked. Upon entering the office, I was informed that the associate had changed my agreement to " Save me money". I had to reiterate to the associate that I would not be returning the truck to the same location, so in town rental didn't work for me. All of my information seemed to be lost, and it was time consuming to have to go through all that again. Also, the previous rental was fraught with issues. I tried to speak to customer service on Thursday, however, he was rude. It wasn't just this location.
Wendy MWas sent to 3 diffrent locations, drove over two hours to pick up a truck reserved weeks prior. Received a text from the worker at the first location stating she was closed and couldnt help us. Only given 50 dollar credit, which didn't cover the extra gas used. The delay also affected the timing of our move and required us to then pay for a hotel. Would never recommend uhaul.

Carlett DI Ordered a dolly Bo line along with my uhaul. The location didn’t have a dolly available. I was told that they were going to check another relocation for it and that didn’t work out. I was told I was going to get refunded for the dolly. I never got my refund for the dolly that I never had.
Tasha PThe guy was really really nice. He was trying but he knew very little of how anything worked. He just didn’t know very much about the trailer, hitch and brake lights connection….at all. It was scary because we had a 700 mile trip and we cancelled our rental.
