The inside of the windshield was dirty from a spilled drink on the passenger side from a previous rental. After loading the truck in Oscoda, and on my way for a 532 mile trip to the Indianapolis area, I tried the radio but it work. I looked over and no antenna. A noisy engine all way. The worst rental vehicle I've ever had!Joseph H.

Make sure there people know the remote /cell phone pick up or return doesn't work due to signal problems due to airforce base.Edward L.
Tried to go through your online return. Talk about a futile effort. Spent 1-1/2 hours just to return the truck. Ended up put the key with a note in the drop box. Never did get the system to work properly. Never will use the online again. My advice is get it fixed or stop offering it at all. This has nothing to do with personnel at Darrels Maxi Muffler, it was all UHAUL's online system.Very poor customer service.YVONNE MARIE D.
A rental reservation made online w/ phone or computer apparently is not transmitted the the pickup location. My daughter on September 2nd made truck rental scheduled for September 7 at 11:00AM. at Darrell's. The reservation seemed all set, I live in the area and seeing a truck staged on Friday did not stop in to check. Darrell planned to be closed from September 4-8th. The truck I assumed as ready. Was just parked in front and was not ready or available, even though there were 6 trucks at that location. He says the first notification he has of a rental is when the customer comes to the door. Darrell is a local person and business, I don't think he would lie about this lack of notice of an upcoming rental. This is unacceptable in this age of technology. Thanks Edwarded L.

Checking in online helped speed up the equipment pick-up process, this was the first time I used that option and it was great, I will always use that in the future. If I could have paid online too it would have been even faster for the pick-up process.Gregory S.

Person in Oscoda store was late opening the store and was not all that friendly. He said the truck was out back and let me go find it. I was not all that impressed with his attitude. The people in the Tawas store are a lot friendlier and easy to work with.Robert B.

Nice guy. Quick and efficient. Could see from FL paperwork that that site could not attach transport to truck, so had to do as a walk-in and not as a reservation, which I had booked. Said sorry for the experience in FL, that was not an indication of most UHaUL stores.linda B.

Drop off was smooth and great customer service. Took about 5 min. They ensured everthing was cheched in and expressed if I had any issues to caontact them and they would take care of it.Greg L.
I was given a free upgrade cause they didn't have the 15foot truck to 26 and was charged for the 26ft now I have to wait for 3to4 days to get refund and it showed the free grade when I went to get truckMike L.
Make sure the tires are full of air. I had to put air in all the tires and one of them an additional 2 times along the 1350 miles I drove. It costed me more time and money on my tripDonald B.

Fourth truck rented this year that app showed one truck was available at a certain location and then 24 hours before rental called and say the truck size and location needed to be changed. It's silly , get real time rental info! Ordered moving blankets on line , switched location did not have any, was left moving without blankets . Again, update your app, very annoying.Chad H.
