Rhoda A.My truck floor had sand on it. The windshield wipers banged against the truck when going down, especially on high. The truck shook so bad, I couldn't tell the distance to the other vehicles behind me and the steering wheel was hard to handle because of the shaking.

He always has trucks available and is willing to help you with any questions or issues you may have, even if it's outside of business hours. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone!

Jerry W.I ended up getting unloaded on Sunday and was able to return the truck a day early. I used to mobile check in to perform the check in. A Uhaul representative did come over to the truck and I was able to inform him of the rear seal leaking.

LESLIE W.Darsmi was excellent customer service but the main U-Haul experience was BEYOND TERRIBLE!! They didn't let me know until the last minute that I had to drive 2 hours to pick up a truck and didn't have one at the scheduled location which I had reserved 2 weeks in advance. The main office was not nice, uncaring and unconcerned…just rude overall. Then after I prepaid online, the main office tried to change my prices. I will NOT rent another uhaul due to the main office terrible customer service.
