The store wasn't opened when I arrived. And there was no instructions on how to drop off the truck. I spend 30+ minutes for someone to answer the phone as they were closed when I got back 5 hrs later!

Octavious SGive me a clean truck, or, don't charge me a cleaning fee for a truck that I had to clean before I used it. Don't tell me to drop the keys in the non-existent drop-box for return.
