New rules? Was asked for multiple “references” and $100 deposit? I set this up online and have rented from U-Haul numerous times over the years and have never had the above asked of me! Now, I have been charged the final amount 2x waiting for a callback to get this straightened out
KORONTE LI had to Uber 40 minutes out of my way because the closest U-Haul location didn’t have the required truck that I needed. Very inconvenient! Arrangements should have been made to get the truck to my preferred location. I asked and was told that it was impossible. Nothing is impossible!
DEBI FConfusion that I was given the "wrong" truck. I also felt I was overcharged based on the mileage.
