It was my first time renting U-Haul off the app and was unaware of how it works. So I had not taken photos of the mileage of fuel tank and now I am being over charged 3 times what my actual cost is. I was charged for multiple things incorrectly by the 3rd party renter. I also had issues with the app letting me complete the drop off and now I’m being charged for 3 day even after the trucks gps showing I dropped it off the same day. I will not rent again with this system.
