Matt GNOT THE FAULT OF SESSIONS, my res was to have included an appliance dolly and furniture pads. Res was originally for the Abilene South Clack location. However they called the day before to tell me I would need to go to the Clyde location because they didn’t have what I needed at the Clack location. When we called the South Clack location to inquire about the dolly and pads, we spoke with a woman named Tammy. She was horribly rude and not at all interested in helping me get what I had reserved several days prior. Ultimately, my daughter was driving up from San Antonio and was able to get the dolly and pads to bring to me. Tammy should be reprimanded for rudeness and failure to help a customer. I won’t be back.

JOHN AThe back roll up door would not close after it was loaded due to the door cable spool needing to be rewound. Had to call u-haul to have someone come out to do a semi-repair so I could close and lock the door. Things like this should be repaired at a main hub before the trailers are rented out to the next person.

Wade GOnly issue was with the Uhaul traffic. The drop off was left as Unknown and was told I could drop anywhere. Then was assigned a drop off 20 minutes away from destination with gas at $5 a gallon. Called customer service, talked with “traffic” and didn’t get any help. Finally dropped at my preferred location half a mile from my destination.

adam mThis location over charged me by $100 (after already paying almost $1,000) and then refused to give me my money back that is owed. They even emailed me a receipt with the amounts trying to show I paid less then I did. I WILL NOT recommend this location. They are not honest people.
