Davon PThe doors to the cab were damaged and extremely difficult to close. The latch on the back of the truck was damaged and difficult to close. Driving down the freeway, the truck slightly pulled to the right. Display on the dash indicated that the tire pressure monitoring requires maintenance. The cab of the truck WREAKED of cigarettes. I'll go elsewhere if I ever need to rent another moving truck.
Scott CI was charged an extra $56 and no one can seem to figure out why. My original charge of $122 was adjusted to $179 for added miles. That I understand. However a separate charge of $56 was made 2 days later. This location could not figure out why so they directed me to the help number. The lady I spoke with basically had a “oh well we don’t know” attitude, and said there’s nothing they can do. Very disappointed paying $235 for 1 day use. I was going to rent one again in a couple weeks for our office move, but I will not be using U-Haul ever again.

Tina SI indicated that the truck didn't have gas in it then I was charged $18 for gas that wasn't in the truck when I picked it up and I explained it to the personnel at U-Haul and I feel I was unjust charge for something I didn't have to use and I had to put gas in at the beginning of the trip and he claimed he was going to take care of it and he did not so I'm disputing any at all charges of $18 on my credit card I would appreciate someone calling me ASAP 501-541-0122 to investigate this problem on a truck that we had been stolen and returned knowing it didn't have gas in it it was enough gas in the truck for 12 miles or less I put $15 worth in it at the beginning and turn around and put $15 more dollars in it after completion and returning of the truck and this is how I'm treated being overcharged

Anna COffice closed. No keys in vehicle after we figured out how to access the rental online. Someone finally showed up to get the keys out of the office. We were overcharged. My husband was told they would adjust the bill but it was not done. Very dissatisfied and can’t recommend.
