DAVIDS TOWING WAS GREAT THEY WELL BEYOND TO HELP US WITH THIS MOVE BUT U HAUL SUCKED. WE HAD SET THIS RESERVATION UP TWO WEEKS BEFORE AND IN THE RESERVATION WE HAD STATED WE NEEDED 60 FURNITURE PADS, 6 APPLIANCE DOLLYS, AND 4 FURNITURE DOLLYS. WELL NO ONE FROM UHAUL TOLD DAVIDS THESE ITEMS WERE NEEDED AND DAVIDS DID NOT HAVE THE EXTRA IEMS WE NEEDED SO WE HAD TO GO OUT AND BUY WHAT WE NEEDED. FOR A COMPANY AS BIG AS UHAUL, THEY DO NOT REFER APPOINTMENTS TO THE RENTING DEALERS WHICH IS SORRY WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY DEALING WITH A DEATH IN THE FAMILY AND TRYING TO GET ITEMS CLEARED OUT OF A HOME AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE B/S OF UHAUL AGAIN DAVIDS TOWING WAS GREAT AND I WOULD DEFINTLY RECOMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING GREAT STAFF AND ATMOSPHERE

David came in above and beyond for us! He is apparently closed on Sundays, contrary to UHaul website information. I reserved a trailer, showed up, and no one was there. Because he also tows, he had a 24hr number and was willing to make good on the mix up! Thank you!!

DAVID SThe interior of the truck needed sweeping when I picked it up. The employee didn't seem to have done anything to prepare for me to come pick up the truck; it was as if my arrival was a surprise, even though I had made the reservation ahead of time. The whole process was disorganized and frustrating. This is the third U-Haul I have rented this year, and it was the worst pick-up experience.

TERRENCE HThe return location was a dirt field with several slopes. I had to find a suitable parking area with minimal slope. Trailers and trucks were parked randomly throughout the return area. Although the information on the U-Haul site indicated that this location was open on Sunday from 10a - 3p, it was actually closed on Sunday. When I called to confirm the location hours, I reached someone answering from home who stated that the location was closed, but there was a drop box for the truck key. The automated return on the U-Haul app was helpful, but dealing with a human would have been more efficient and less time-consuming for me.
Robert WThis location was very interesting. They do a lot more than rent U-Haul trailers/trucks. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.
