Mike Wheat has a great operation there. Uhaul is always available and very reasonable. Mike makes the whole process very easy and simple. Plus he has great storage units, which we have used. I only recommend Mike's Uhauls and Davison Mini Storage. Don't go anywhere else. You can trust Mike!

I gave you 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason only, and that’s this: it would be very helpful if there were dual keypads for security to open the gate, one low (as currently) for drivers of cars and light trucks; and one high for drivers of motorhomes. We had that at All-American Storage in Northville and it was very helpful. Although I can see you don’t have very many big rigs — at this time.

We moved back home, after being away 14 years. I read several reviews of many storage facilities. I was most impressed with Davison Mini Storage and Mike. The place is clean, dry and easy access. Mike is the most easy guy to work with. I wanted someone I could trust. You can trust Mike, Davison Mini Storage and his Uhaul operation. I recommend Davison Mini Storage and Mike to everyone one.

The owner is the most friendliest U-Haul associate I’ve ever worked with! On his vacation was able to answer questions and guide me through moving my stuff around, worked around my schedule and was the most professional about helping me get it all done in a timely manner, even returned early!! Above 10 out of 10 only regret didn’t live closer so we can still use it!!

We used 2 car trailers and both of them had the same issue the ratchet for the tire tie down was vary hard to use I had to spay them all with WD-40 to loosen the ratcheting device so it would work.

Facility was what we needed at the time and served it's purpose. We rented for 4 1/2 years and only had to remove the contents because we needed a facility more convenient to our home.

Owner was great. Facility was clean with what looks like a bunch on new stuff ready to go in. Just installed a new gate that actually greets you when you come in and leave. Highly recommended over many in the area. You won't be disappointed.

I couldn't use the truck because the hitch was too small and I had to return the truck and after only a short drive. The gentleman over the phone told me it would be ok to drive and it had a place to add the proper size ball hitch if needed. Your 10 foot trucks do not have this accessory and therefore I had to return the truck without using it. But yet I was still charged the full $43.97.

I would suggest that the trucks be full of gas at pick up. That way when you return it you know it has to be full. We received a truck that was at 1/4 tank. We filled it and only used 1/4 tank. We lost out on 1/2 tank of gas. Although you had no problem charging us for 38 additional miles. Need to fix that process.

The running lights were not working on the truck and we were flagged down half way to our destination. We had to stop and get a room for the night as we were only able to drive it during daylight hours. I have provided a copy of the motel receipt to be credited back to my credit card. Other than that, the truck was clean and no issues. Thank you!

The passenger side windshield wiper fell off as soon as we started driving the truck after pick up. Also, we ordered a dolly and did not receive one.

the man who we worked with was awesome and always nice and helpful, even sent me a reminder text before they charged my card so I could make sure the card was active. Great price and good hours. when we find the need to store in a facility again we will be back.

This rental experience was one of the best. I moved from South Carolina to Michigan. I picked up the phone and called Davison Mini Storage. They set up the rental before I even arrived. I had total access to my unit the whole time and the People are wonderful.

I requested to pick up a 14-ft UHaul at 9am. I didn’t find out until the night before at 9pm that there was no UHaul available. I called customer service first thing the next morning trying to get help. The woman was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care that my move in day was completely ruined. After taking it upon myself to ask for options (the customer service rep only said “we’re busy. There’s nothing available” I found a 26-ft truck available at 2pm. I’m extremely disappointed in the disorganization of UHaul. Why let me make a reservation if there is not a guarantee that I will receive a vehicle? You are overpromising and underdelivering.
