It was difficult to find and took longer than expected.

Get your fucking shit straight. I reserved a 15 foot truck and you fucked my move up and forgot to leave the keys in the lockbox for me. Negative stars.
JOHN HI was over charged
Raven Gover charged, there was no gas in the truck
Jarnella bThe app kicked me out, which did not allow me to get the truck information. I ended up on the phone for an entire hour trying to get in touch with someone, because there were no workers or any kind at this location.
Melissa LBad neighborhood, felt unsafe and not at all clear as to where to park the truck. Only thing visible at this site was the key drop off box.
Sheri TEverything was satisfactory!
ASIF BCompany should explain fine print to people before they sign because it might seem like U-Haul is doing a scam
ARIELL MI went out of my way to go to the place where I wanted to pick the truck up to make a reservation a week early. I got a phone call the day before pickup telling me I needed to pick it up elsewhere. Why was this the case? I explicitly went to rent the truck at Les Paul as part of my already stressful and meticulously planned moving itinerary. To get it ripped up right before was awful and made me miss my appointment for move-in. The whole reason I reserved well in advance was to ensure that the vehicle I rented would be where I needed it. You had a week to organize your logistics to make sure my reservation was respected, yet it wasn't. Also, how were there two accounts tied to my phone number? I went to rent the truck in person and created an account there. Then it got rented to the other account with my phone number? The pickup experience cost me 90 minutes of my meticulously planned move schedule. To make it more convenient for future customers, do not change the pickup/dropoff locations if the reservation is made well in advance, let alone when it is less than 24 hours before the reservation was set to occur.
Brendan GI was very disappointed to receive a gasoline surcharge from this U-Haul return location. I calculated the average MPG of the trip was 12.67 miles per gallon. I calculated the distance from ElKorn, WI BP at Exit 29 on Hwy 43 to my destination 1510 W Kilbourn Ave Milwaukee WI. That was 43 miles Plus the distance to the drop off location was 1.6 miles. Based on that I put 10 gallons of gas in the truck. Based on the MPG that left the truck with 7 gallons of gas which was exactly 1/4 of the 28 gallon tank. This is the amount required based on the contract when I picked the truck up. I would ask for a full refund of the gasoline surcharge of $50 and I would not recommend this U-Haul drop off location. Please contact me with any questions
dale kConvenient location for a move in downtown Milwaukee. Friendly and helpful staff.
Christina MDavon was very friendly and made the process very smooth and easy.
Colleen RWhole process terrible.
Ladarion WUHaul was unable to fulfill my reservation for both a truck and rental doiles/pads at the single reserved location. Had to wait twenty minutes for the owner to come to the truck pickup location. Had to wait while he tried repeatedly to scan our driver licenses. Charged me for both the truck and the equipment. When I questioned this, he told me to just show my receipt at the next store. The second location had my equipment, but said I could not take the equipment without paying. I was told to return to the fist location for a refund. I had to insist that the associate at the second location contact corporate UHaul to make the correction to the location inventory. I had to insist that a refund be emailed to me, before I would pay for the rental equipment a second time. This whole experience was very stressful, very confusing and very time-consuming. I can not recommend UHaul.
Rhonda IWould not look at video of gas and damage before I pulled off with uhaul
Darryl HFirst, they gave us the wrong truck so we had to go back (50 min drive round trip) after we already started loading. After we were all loaded and went back to get the trailer for our car hookup, the metal wheel cover was rubbing on the tire so the left tire wasn't moving, spent another 1 hour trying to get that fixed just to be sent to another location where they weren't willing to do an emergency trailer swap and spent another 30 mins there until we finally got a new trailer. The worker never checked the brake or signal lights. Overall horrible experience and wouldn't spend that much money again for this service!!
