Arvind DHlo My name is jasdeep I booked a u haul on November 05 and i was charged 85 dollars at the time of booking. And now on 07 November they deducted another 15 dollars from my account. Can u explain me why is that?? As your guy at location didn’t told me anything about that. And when i when to return the vehicle there was nobody at the location I waited there and then a guy showed up and told me to write my name on a piece of paper. And return the key. Ia this the proper way of returning vehicles?? And now after 3 days they are charging on my visa. Please remove my card from the website. And please explain me why they deduct the money. Thanks.
Jasdeep DWent there to pick up the uhaul at 5:30, and saw the uhaul parked at the side. They asked us to wait for another 15 mins apparently the uhaul just came 8 mins before which was a lie because we already saw the car coming in. A little disappointed as there was a reservation time guarantee policy.

Ralph COwner of business was not there when I returned truck and there was someone there to pick up truck but could not because he was not there. I had to leave key with business next door. Very unprofessional. According to business next door it happens a lot. Will not rent from that location again.

Haleema DI got into a truck with a fair amount of garbage remaining from the previous renters, no washer fluid (dirty windscreen). Overall though I had a good experience with this particular rental location, as they went against their usual requirements to allow me to rent with only a cash deposit to help me in a difficult situation. Owner was fairly decent and understanding about my multiple daily extensions.
Sheldan OThe location was fine and the guy who worked at the location was super helpful but our uhaul experience was not good. We showed up to pick up our truck and the person returning it didn’t come into the store we ran around looking for him and found him sitting in his car sipping tea and he explained he locked the trucks keys in the car. We only had 3 hours to move out of our apartment before getting charged extra. Our 6 hour uhaul rental was actually a 5 hour rental and our move was a very stressful one due to the previous user locking in his keys and our reservation not being guaranteed
Bahadur SThe location is fine but the truck sounded like it was about to explode! The truck drove terrible and would barely get up to 60km. Luckily I only had a short trip to make. Terrible vehicle.
Mike IWhen I arrived to pick up my vehicle 11:30, the worker told me to wait 10 minutes. When I came back he told me there were technical issues and was rude and short with me, told me to go somewhere else if I have a problem, which I clearly did as I still hadn’t received the keys. By 12:45 he finally gave up with the system, took my personal info and gave me the keys. The vehicle had 7/16 of a tank, making it difficult for me to gauge how much I needed to refill it. The cherry on the cake is the check engine light came on shortly after leaving. I was so frustrated and blown away by the complete lack of professionalism and the engine light coming on, I would not use any uhaul location again.
Aidan OOverall very poor service from Uhaul. I booked many weeks earlier a 15’ truck for 2 days and when I went to pick someone from Uhaul changed it to 4 hrs without checking with me. Call your call Center and got another 15’ truck in Langley and when I reached there that truck also got transferred to someone. Called cal Center agin and found another truck but only 10’ available that time which is again another 1/2 hrs drive. Finally after 2 hrs of running up and down in 3 different locations I got a 10’ truck instead of 15’. This is very upsetting and frustrating because this was not for personal use instead for a community event and all stake holders were waiting for the truck. The program got 2 hrs delayed due to your faulty and irresponsible service. Very unprofessional!!! Final place Dagwoods meat was nice.

avneet sLocation did not have dolly that I had booked. Why include this option on the website if not all locations are able to provide dollies? Also, I would have preferred a cargo van rather than a 10ft truck but the location did not have this option.
Anne GThe mobile app didn't work. The web site app didn't work. I spent over an hour and a half on 2 phones trying to get the rental pick up.. Worst customer service EVER. I will never rent from UHaul again. Terrible. Unhelpful. The truck was fine...the Experience was Horrible, Horrendous, and Heinous!! Hire some people to work on the customer service team. Maybe hire people who care about the customer because with the exception of ONE person, after talking and chatting with maybe 9 different people I got NO HELP whatsoever, Usually after waiting for 45 minutes to one hour I was transferred to yet another unhelpful person. The man who ran the drop off location was RUDE! Tried to get me to pay an extra day when I had returned the tuck 45 minutes before it was due. There was NO lockbox, mail slot, or drop off box for the keys. There was NO indication that it was even a Haul affiliate! Worst online and in person experience of my LIFE.. I should have been given some financial compensation for the HOURS I spent on hold with your 'customer service' team. Darryl LThe truck was very dirty on the cab floor and centre console. The cargo area was dirty and not swept and there were stains on the walls. Other than those issues the truck drove well and operated as expected. The whole process was convenient and satisfactory.

gurbhej sI made a reservation online for the king George location by 108 ave for a 20 foot truck and was given a 15 foot truck in a location across town. I also paid for a furniture dolly which was NOT available. They refused to take cash or debit and because the pick up was located farther I paid about $50 more than originally estimated. I will not be using UHaul again and will NOT recommend it to anyone.

James CThe lady at Dawood pizza was so rude. She didn’t put the doly, blankets etc. In the truck which I ordered. She even asked me collect keys a day before the booking date at 9:00pm. When I said it’s a very short notice then she said it’s not her problem and the availability is not guaranteed. It was so frustrating. I will never use this location in future. AVOID THIS LOCATION

Keith MSo, my experience with the Mobile Truck share was a nightmare to say the least! It took forever to upload a picture of myself (as I am black, and in the dark) for the system to approve because of the darkness. I was so close to giving up. Also, the location I chose was about to close and I was under the assumption that the keys would be in a lockbox somewhere! There was no instruction that i had to go during business hours! How can you use the 24/7 slogan!! Luckily there was a customer that was in the location that kept the business open for me to get the key or else I would have been livid! I will not use that service again.

Veronica CI went to pick up the truck after making the reservation, when I got to the place they mentioned they can’t honour the reservation because the guy who does the rental is off that day. I was shocked I had made reservation and already hired movers to come to house to put stuff in the Uhaul and they were waiting in my house. Long story short after calling Uhaul number the lady on the phone finally helped me out and said I can go and pick up the keys. It was pretty stressful knowing I won’t get a Uhaul rental when I have confirmation for pick up. I won’t rent from here again.
