I have used UHaul trucks several times over the years. I was very disappointed in the condition of the equipment. I will probably look at other possibilities when renting equipment in the future.

philip greenawayMake sure equipment is in good running condition ours was in desperate need of front end alignment also make sure to alot enought milage for one way trips. The guide for gasoline refueling was wrong as we was on 1/2 tank before returning put 10.8 gallons in and truck was already on full. We were charged for 17 miles over the 112 miles alotted but nothing reimbursed for extra gasoline in even through we went by your guide.

christopher stroupI can’t think of anything given the venue. The UHaul service was part of the Hotels operation and given the hotel was small, I didn’t expect a lot of inventory. That said the equipment was in good condition and I received the help I needed hooking it up.

Angela BerryAccuracy. I rented truck with 46318.9 miles on it. I turned it in with 46333.8. Not a lot but I was over charged about a mile. I took pictures at pick up and drop off.

MELVIN CARVERIn twenty years of using UHAUL, I have never been more dissatisfied. The inside of the truck was dirty and sticky. The brakes were almost shot to the point of being dangerous. I should have taken it back, but I had to move; no exceptions, and was afraid there wouldn't be another truck. Then there is your logistics. I had to drive an hour to get a truck, so that added two hours of additional driving, plus the extra fuel. I have never had to go that far to find a truck. To make it worse, in the middle of the move, AFTER I signed the agreement, you decided to change my drop point. I had a drop that 5 miles away, but because you needed the truck 30 minutes away, you wanted me to deliver it for you. And at a threat of charging me if I refused. Your CS was very rude. Think about this from my point. I left IL going to IN, and had made prior arrangements to get a ride from my scheduled drop point. Now you change my drop point for which I didn't have a ride? You cannot do that to your customers and think this is ok. Frankly if I had to drive an hour to pick up my truck, so the next customer can drive 30 to pick up theirs. This ended up being a moot point, because like I mentioned, the brakes were bad and were getting worse. I was not going to drive that truck in any heavy traffic. I opened a service ticket and dropped at the nearest location. I hope for your sake, someone took it out of service until the brakes were replaced.

MICHAEL LEUTYPicking up a U-Haul truck rental at a crack motel 20 miles farther out in the boonies than where I was supposed to was a bit unnerving. Was doing U-Haul business with the motel desk clerk who spoke very broken English and constantly diverted his attention to all kinds of other motel traffic (guests, mail delivery, etc.).
