No rep on site to explain trailer hookups or requirements. Booked online direct with U-Haul but pickup location had very little information, had to repeat the entire reservation on the phone talking to someone with broken English. There was another customer dropping equipment off that assisted me connecting the trailer and loading my truck. Do not recommend.

The pickup location was okay, but the truck had a quarter tank of gas in it and the reservation was switched the day before the rental. I showed up at the original location to pick up my truck, and Uhaul had changed it without sending me a new email reservation. I was very frustrated. I called the area manager fpr Uhaul and he just argued with me about how it was my fault that I didn't t know the reservation had changed because he "tried to call me a few times". How hard is it to send an updated email?
Grethe GJames was very accommodating once I was given his number. The location personnel didn't really know what to do. I believe it is a fairly new location and they have not gotten a lot of exposure.
Cody JThe app wouldn’t let me upload pictures. I couldn’t do it, and the guys there took a half hour to get my drivers license uploaded. The guys there weren’t much help and the office wasn’t air conditioned.
