Not specific to this location, they were amazing. But I got charged $4 for going past my mileage. Uhaul changed my pickup location to further away from my property! I literally drove the truck to the property for moving, stopped on the way for gas, and drove to the property for drop off and then to the return location. There is no uhaul in the town I dropped off and this is the closest. All that to say, uhaul needs to be more realistic with the mileage limits... Especially if they move your reservations. It's just $4 more but the original rental was already overpriced in my opinion. Again, nothing against the drop off location at all and not their fault
Joshua HReported problems with the truck and the truck leaked ruining 2 sets of queen size box springs and mattress that were less than 6 months old. They said they would make a report but I wasn't convinced that they would. The right side of the truck leaked where the sets were and upon further inspection, you could tell that it had been patched from previous damage.
THOMAS KAfter a debacle of issues on UHauls part, I was redirected to a self serve location. I was told I needed to check the truck in from my smart phone. I told them I didn’t have a smart phone. They directed me to take a picture. After almost daily calls to customer service, and 6 days later someone finally checked the truck in and cleared my account.

JOHNNIE CI arrived at the facility to pick up the rental truck at 8:45. My rental time to pick up was 9:00 am. I did not leave until 9:30. I had an appointment at 10:00 to pick up my items which was 45 minutes away. And I had told them, and they did not seem to care. When I returned the truck, I had filled it up with gas to the point where it was when I picked it up. I had also rented a 10ft truck online which they did not have. I did receive an email that this was not available, and I would get a 20ft truck instead. I immediately called the place of rental and was told by Melissa I would be charged for the 10ft rental only. After returning the truck and looking at my receipt which I had to ask for, they charged me for a full tank of gas and the 20ft rental charge. After explaining to the girl at the counter, which was totally rude she did not seem to care until I kept explaining to her. Finally, I guess it was the manager that called the U-Haul office to get it changed. Had the girl at the counter been somewhat nicer I would have rated better. I would think that if someone is going to rent a U-Haul from them, they would have had the truck ready to go. I also had to scrape 3 inches of snow and mostly ice off the windshield before I could leave and had to wait for 30 minutes to get the truck and was late to my appointment. They should do better!

ALFORD RI reserved the rental and the woman at this location told me to my face that I could pick the truck up at NINE AM when they opened. I had MANY things to do that day but arranged every minute based on the pick up time given. I got to the DOOR that had a sign on the door with opening time of 8:30 am .. at NINE. Door is locked and no one at the desk. There were mechanics in the shop that even told me that the women in the “UHAUL section “ seem to to show up when they feel like it “. I wasted 1.5 hours until 10:30 AM before this completely unapologetic woman finally got there and I was able to go on with my “UHAUL EXPERIENCE “. The part that makes this even worse, is that this is the second time this has happened to me at the same location! I live in a rural area, so I can’t just say “ Forget them “ and go to another location and have pay 79 cents a mile and gas to drive to another inconvenient location. If UHAUL actually cares about this, then a customer service representative should give me a call. It’s a simple fix. Do your job!

GREG RIt was awful and people need to know how useless UHaul’s 24/7 service is! The app and site were difficult to use as it lacked the functionality and “ease” to find and return to screens that required information. Every time I had to go to “Help” or “Chat, I lost the previous progress and it had to be reset. The location did not have the truck ready. I called the 24/7 line and was HUNG UP ON while the service person had me on hold to “check on what was happening”. It actually took some random janitor from the location (because the location was closed and didn’t prepare the truck for pickup) to call the location’s owner to get approval to find and give me the truck key. The assigned truck was not moved to an area for pickup and was therefore BLOCKED IN by other vehicles. It took 45 minutes and 5 phone calls and a very nice stranger that didn’t work for UHaul to help me get that truck. I will NEVER use 24/7 or that location. I may never use UHaul.

William GWent thru 3 trailers before getting a good one. then it was dented and dinged all over. Dealer never changed paper work just wrote it b hand on my copy of paper work. I called uhaul to let them know of all the dents and dings and trailer change.
Luther PParking lot was jammed packed full. Had to get attendant to move a vehicle to get truck out, and there was no good place to park truck on return.

Steven SI didn't interact with anyone here. I dropped the truck off Monday morning around midnight, where gentlemen worked in the mechanical shop. He informed me where to park and let me know where the Uhaul dropbox was for the key, and it would be checked out when the Uhaul attendant came in for the day. He was friendly

CHRIS WTruck smelled like cat piss inside the cab had to use odorban and still wouldn't take smell out, truck cargo area was unswept and truck only had 3/4 tank of fuel not 7/8 and uhauls check list would not let me upload fuel guage picture very unhappy with truck and we rent several trucks a year this was the worse experience yet

Michael SJust because your system says a vehicle can tow something doesn’t mean it can or should. The people working for you are just doing what they’re told. That system needs revised. I was allowed to rent a 6x12 trailer with a compact SUV. The weight killed my transmission. It died in the middle of an interstate and uhaul wouldn’t help get their own equipment off of the road. Now my son and I are in a new town, a new state, 1400 miles away from help with no car.
