Key pickup center lock too high and almost not possible to unlock due to old worn dirty rotary locks put on upside down. Truck filthywith mud coated tires, body, and windshield. Windshield smeared and not cleaned at all. We went to the pick-up location a day ahead to confirm everything yet were not told the key pickup station would be almost too high to reach and rotary locks hard to read especially when pit on upside down. We had to roll a filthy old tire ftom around the back of the building to stand on to see the lock letters.

The trailer was scheduled for return at noon. I got there at 12:15, waited on help, and was charged another day’s rental. Not cool. Give people a little grace here.
Keith BI sidnt get my dolly nor a refund for my dolly. So i payed 25$ more for it
Nate YI found it humorous that there was signage indicating a charge for a truck that wasn't cleaned. When I opened the truck, I had to sweep the truck out before we could load it because there was a water pick (dental instrument) and trash/debris, along with an appliance dolly I did not rent or need. I made sure to return the equipment cleaner than I received it.
