RAYMOND MThis is my 1st complaint about this location. I was charged an unnecessary $20 "after hours drop off charge" for the 1st time in my 5 year history of renting at this location under 2 different owners. On May 17th, I rented a truck and was given a receipt showing I would be charged 2 full day rates of $44.95 for a total estimation of $99.90. The location was aware that I was keeping the truck for 2 full days. I rented the truck at 11:39am on Saturday the 17th. 2 full days later would mean the truck was due back by 11:38am on Monday May 19th . I returned the truck prior to the opening of the store on Monday May 19th. The time on the receipt stating when the truck was checked in was 7:50am. The store opens at 8am. So why was I charged $20 for returning the truck by the start of business day so they could actually have the truck available for a customer at 8am instead of at 11:38am when it was actually due? Let's look at the logic of this situation. If I came in and returned the truck between 8am and 11:38am, time that I already paid for, the employee would have to get the key from me, go out and inspect the truck, then check it back in. The very same steps they'd do in front of me, are whet they ended up doing at 7:50am when I wasn't there. So what did they do differently that would incur $20 extra? What extra work or inconvenience did they endure that needed an extra $20 payment from me? So to review. They were paid the full 2 day rental rate. They were given their truck back early so they could rent it out early and make money on top of the time I already paid for, AND they charged an extra $20 for doing no more work than they would've done if I had returned the truck in person by the time that I had paid to rent it for. For anyone who plans to say "you should've checked it in online". Well my phone doesn't like the UHaul app and never grants it access when it wants to access my camera to allow me to take pictures. I have been told by many UHaul employees that this is a common problem. Considering the truck was not due back until 11:38am when the store was open, there was no need to check the truck in at 7:50am "before store hours". The truck was paid for another 3 hours and 38 minutes. So why was I charged $20 after being a loyal, trouble free customer for 5 years?

LAWRENCE HThe young man that hooked up trailer was unaware how to shorten safety chains so not dragging on ground. He also never secured hitch to ball prioperly. Trailer came off hitch not tightened down properly.
DEBORAH FUHaul overall just needs to rewrap some of their vehicles that have major external wear and tear. Other than that, the staff at this location was very helpful to me as well as other customers that entered during my pick up. One staff member even assisted another, so they could learn the ropes of checking others in at a later time. Great communication between each other and customers. Based on my experience, no improvements are necessarily needed to improve service at this location. I would definitely recommend this location to others for future rental. Michael EHave a walk through of the vehicle and go over it's options....ie, I was backing up using the side mirrors and didn't realize there was a rear camera display on the rear mirror until I returned the vehicle.

JOSEPH RWhen renting a trailer, I had no trailer lights because of a couple blown fuses. The gentleman working assisted me in locating the blown fuses and lent me some pliers so I could get them changed out and on the road. Excellent service and would definitely use them again.

I enjoyed interacting with the female attendant, and even when I was leaving she went out her way and came into the parking lot to reassure me and check if everything is okay!!
LAURENCIA HWe did a walk through and the guy said everything was fine then they charged a cleaning fee after the truck was cleaned and returned and the owner refused to give an explanation other than the picture shows a few leaves. I do not recommend this location at all. They were not friendly and they ripped us off.

COREY GI was the person who reserved and paid for the truck but had to go out of town, so someone else picked it up and dropped it off. Pickup went fine, but they were not able to return it "on time" as the reservation was connected to my phone, and it didn't recognize my location. So we had to pay for an extra day.

JEFFREY RThe truck I was given had no air conditioning and should not be rented to another customer until it is serviced as the temperature this weekend were in the 90's unacceptable! Also many extra fees and they charged extra fees for gasoline when I put the gas right back to where it was I had a witness who seen the gauge. I have rented with Uhaul at least 8-10 times in the past but will never rent with Uhaul again.

JAVON DThe drop off location closed at 4pm and cost me an extra $20 they should be required to stay open until at least 5pm for drop off I got there to drop off at 4:20pm and cost me $20. But the pickup place I was happy with good guy and polite, and easy pickup.

KIMBERLY WGo over the details of the rental more thoroughly. I was not told to make a call when I dropped off the truck. I didn't notice until a day later when I say it on the contract, which was hard to read (small print).
RANDAL SGot charged 130 dollars and no email to explain why. The U-Haul app kept crashing when I was trying to return via app. When looked back it says I had returned the U-Haul. Started with 1/8 tank I returned it with 1/4 tank. Very upset by this lack of communication and will not be using either of these 2 locations.
