Had a difficult time trying to pinpoint my truck. Turns out the truck wasn’t even in the U-Haul Lot it was in a Car Dealership Lot down the street. Wasted almost an hour of my time with the truck.

We had a scheduled pick up time at 10am. My husband waited. No one was there. We called and the owner said that he had an emergency and it would be 35-45 minutes. They ended up being there at around 1130. It worked out we got an apology but I had to start all contact and it pushed my day behind.
