This was my first time renting. There was water in the cup holder and an eighth of a tank of gas(47 miles). I thought you bring it back with at least the same amount. The final receipt said it was empty and I was charged the gas fee but I left 77 miles. It got the job done. Thanks!

I was told there would be a refrigerator dolly available and I reserved it, only to find out from U-Haul customer service when I picked up my truck that there was none available within 30 miles. Ended up scratching up my fridge because I was trying to move it without the proper dolly. And I first called about it days before the holiday. Not the happiest experience.
steven hAshley deserves a bonus check for all her work by taking a vehicle that was initially due to go to another location but was closed over labor day weekend for three days straight! Thank you Ashley!
Johnna MAshley did a great job.
Lynn MTrailer running lites did not work. Roadside assistance could not get to job that day and repair centers was closed when we went by. Trailer pulled well with no other issues.
