It isn't the places where I picked up or dropped off the trailer that I was disappointed. I was very disappointed because when I tried to reserve the trailer, Uhaul just didn't have it where I needed. For example, the first week I requested the reservation from Fresno, I was told there were no trailers available; however, I could pick one up in Laton or Hanford. I canceled and made another reservation from Fresno. I was told to picked up the trailer in Madera. Fortunately, I needed the trailer to pick up a tractor in Hughson so it was okay. However, because I had to drop it off in Fresno instead of Madera when I was done, I had to pay extra rental fees for it. For this, I give Uhaul just one star if I could.
