Wow. Marvelous. Wonderful. I called them to verify that it was a drop off location. The young gal I talked to over the phone was most helpful and friendly. I arrived, parked, went inside and met another employee who actually handled the U-Haul paperwork (computer check-in). I was in and out within just a few minutes. My kiddos to them!!

Right brake light was out, and something wrong with steering passenger side mirror would not stay in correct postion for driver. I really hope that vehicle gets fixed before something bad happens to someone. Steering is very wobbly and unsteady once 50mph is reached. Me and my fiance felt unsafe, we just took it slow on our way to our destination and our way back home.

Place was closed at drop off. Place is run down and filthy. Glad we didn’t have to go inside. The attached businesses were falling apart and sketchy looking. Place looked abandoned
