My original location did not have a truck available. I was called 1 day ahead and given new location. Apparently extra free kilometers were added because it was quite far from original spot. Zero consideration was given to where I was coming from to pickup the truck. I had to drive an extra 30 minutes from Toronto to grab it then 30 minutes to my destination. Truck ad garbage in back and cab. Not as much gas as was reported.

The gas tank was left on empty. And I had to walk through 6inch deep water to get the truck, as the parking lot was flooded on both sides.
