Got charged for more miles than I drove and charged for gas and I put more gas in the truck than it had in it when I picked it up.

Great service and people here were very helpful. My issue is that this was the 3rd location I needed to get to because the truck I was told to received ended up not being available. I then was given a 26' truck when I reserved a 15' truck. also, there was NO Dolly, and I was forced to rent a dolly from a third party. Also, I was not given the right number of moving blankets.

I was calling around looking for a truck for one day. Unfortunately, I wasn’t giving good service from the Toledo office. I called here and The lady Tony went above and beyond to help me. Her manager was also very nice. I loved how clean the truck was. I would definitely return to this location. Taneka,

Communication goes a long way. I was told where to pick my truck up and where to return it and that's exactly what I did. 2 weeks later they are calling me to say I never returned it and tried to take $900 out of my bank account thank God I didn't have $900 in my account at that time! I would never recommend uhaul to anyone!!

Was called the day before from someone at this location to explain how to get the key since no one would be there. When we got there…Could not open the key box. When it did open there was no key. The business was not open on Saturday even though UHaul told me they were. Found someone to help. He opened another key box and found a key which did not go with the truck. He found another key for a truck in another area. There were no furniture pads so they needed to be located and the dolly removed. The back of the truck was dirty. Then driving home UHaul called and said the truck we had we were not authorized to have so I spent a lot of time at a rest stop to get it straightened out. The UHaul ladies I spoke to were very nice. It was a very frustrating rental experience.

Computer's were down didn't get a receipt. FOR proof of equipment being rented or the price I was charged. I guess I'll have to wait for my credit card statement.

I have no complaints. The staff was very helpful and provided me with more assistance then they had too. I’ve used this service a couple different times and everytime their service is top notch.
