The checkout process is a bit sketchy being very light on documentation. My reservation wasn't available and I had to switch to a different truck that I didn't want. Uhaul is supposed to compensate me $50 for this guarantee but that didn't happen. The check in process is tough because when you text them back to let them know you're checking it in nobody answers..Although they're EXTREMELY communicative when it's time for you to check OUT...... So when taking your money the process flows really smooth. When it's time for the opposite to happen, crickets..

Chrystal MIt would have been nice to have someone there. When I picked up the truck there was soda or something spilled on the passenger seat, floor and the door, obviously I cleaned it up. But it was an easy process
