Dennis SThis was a hardware store that normally does not get many drop offs. The worker was super polite but was not familiar with return policy. Maybe not the best place to do a uhaul rental but appeared to be a great hardware store. The manager returned after i left and took care of everything.

mark SHave a better maintained truck, especially when it is going cross country. Visor missing on the driver's side (can be very dangerous) and cab was not clean. You emphasize cleanliness, but give a dirty truck. People at location were very nice & patient. Truck drove well & A/C worked very well.
CAROLINE SI should had gotten an earlier email or phone call stating the first location was closed before heading out to a new location.

bryon kReceived phone call from your representative and she send me location on my phone for drop off 15 mil from our address. We called there the day we were supposed to drop off the truck and trailer and they told us that they cannot take the truck. So I called back and your representative gave us new location which was 1 hour away from our house. When we got there they did not want to take the truck because it was too big and they did not have big lot. I was so frustrated with the whole arrangement that I new I will not leave with the truck looking for another location. I understand you need to have the customer drive the truck to the location is need it but it would be nice f you would disclose this during the negotiation. I could be aware of the possibility that I may need to drive another 50 mil to drop off the truck. You definitely have room for improvement. Your employees were very nice (the one in the stores) they all were extremely helpful and did their best to help us out. However the last representative I talked to for the drop off location, she was professional but cold as a rock and her professional answers were not personable.

STAN Khad to drop off here because it was ok'd to be dropped off at Pierson and had police called on me for dropping off at a non uhaul drop.they were to remove all uhauls at this location 2 weeks ago..This was a very Bad experance for me.

DOUG DPEIRSON WAS WHERE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO DROP THE TRAILER OFF AT, BUT THEY WOULDNT HONOR THE DEPOSIT OF $60 BACK SO MY HUSBAND WENT TO DELEON HARDWARE. OTHER THAN THAT, ALL WAS GOOD..THANK YOU
kennenth hOriginally I was to drop off in Pierson Fl. but web page was wrong on closing time; it said 5 pm on Sat. but when I got there at 4 they were closed; sign said they closed at 3 and could not find drop box for uhaul material so went to de leon springs where I had previously dropped off a truck. They had no problem taking my rental and were very professional.
DONALD ABetter visuization there is a small sign and almost missed it.

ALAN SWasn't told by person that gasoline had to be at same level as picked up upon return. Her site didn't find a drop off area near our home in Callaway, it only showed the main drop off 15 miles away...why is that? Wasn't told to do a walk around before leaving the pick up lot, although we knew better and did so. Vehicle was parked in a grass area with a curb to drive over to get out. Tire blew out 50 miles from pick up point. We wewe told we could pay upon drop off yet she had already run the card.
CAROL HA little slow getting everything set up even though i had done the advance check-in. Besides that staff made it easy to return trailer after hours and also followed up with me the next day to inform me that everything was well with it.
Alexander MWhen I returned the trailer the owner of this facility was so helpful, He jumped in my Vehicle with my permission and parked the Trailer exactly where he wanted it. He also was shocked that we had left Stuart with no functioning lights.Even stated that was not appropriate.

EARL ZExtremely slow. Lady helping was very friendly but does not know business. Had to get regional manager on the phone to complete contract. Double, triple check your reservation.
donald mI am absolutely furious with how the Super discount conducts business. At what point is it okay for them to give out customer information to others. They told a man trying to find out where I went the location and time of my drop off in NY. I will be seeking legal action on this.

GEORGE WEither do away with the "on line" reservation system or make it work. All info entered on line was asked again at the rental agency, slowing up the process considerably.Whats the sense of doing it on line?
