Very friendly service!
Mohammad ANot have bald tires on car dolly. Had a flat within an hour. Had to wait approximately 2 hours on side of interstate for repair. Had to have second tire changed due to it being bald also.

PAUL DMy only negative comment is that I wish the 6' x 12' trailer had a trailer jack - it has a high tongue weight (even empty), making it difficult to attach and detach from the truck hitch.

David DThe truck they gave us to rent leaked oil all over our brand new concrete driveway. We were told to file a claim. We are beyond upset! Why wouldn’t you check and maintain your trucks. That should have never happened. There are no words! Uhaul should pay or fix the damage to our BRAND new driveway and credit us for the full amount of the rental!

BERNIE HAngela and Tod were fantastic. Of course they had the truck for me and made it so easy but they also were a wealth of knowledge as far as what’s in the area and where to go to get whatever I needed. They were polite and helpful and were a pleasure to work with.
Ralph GWorst U-Haul experience and place ever...... Had to shout through open door because it was so disgusting inside...... Over charged me... Took forever to get corrected..... Never answers telephone.... And VM is always full. Only positive is her son was nice and helped me connect the dolly to the car

glyn hI have rented several Uhaul vehicles & tow dollies over the years. Thankfully, I've had good experiences, but this was hand's down, the best experience of all! The owners at this facility provide exceptional customer service. They are prompt to return phone calls & texts, & even rented to me on a day that they were off duty. I left their yard with a tow dolly, to transport a vehicle from NC to Tn for my son. Before loading the vehicle at my residence, I remembered once hearing that an AWD (all wheel drive vehicle) could be damaged by towing it with a tow dolly. I immediately looked this up online, & it informed me to disconnect the drive axle prior to towing. I remembered that this Uhaul rental location also had a car trailer available. I immediately called their location to let them know my dilemma. They were very accommodating, & allowed me to swap out the tow dolly for their car trailer. They also allowed me to return this trailer later after hours. I corresponded with them by text, as I had not received an extra bill for the trailer upgrade. They told me that there would be no extra charge, & wished me a Merry Christmas! All that I can say is, "Wow!" I previously rented a tow dolly at this location before, & had similar experience, efficient customer service, outstanding equipment, and a thorough explanation of how to operate same. Kudos to the owners at this location. Your professionalism, & kind generosity will not be forgotten. I will let others know! Thanks again!
ANDREW TThe person that runs this location was very helpful with the problems at the pickup location, capital Blvd Raleigh. It disappointing uhaul hides this location on its website, to prevent trucks from being dropped off, uhaul as a company has really dropped off, I guess poor corporate management is to blame.
Robert SI recommend this location. But I do not recommend the hiring of helpers through uhaul’s app. They were a no show. We are seniors and can’t unload a washer and dryer and dishwasher. I had to embarrass myself and flag down a passerby and ask for help! Uhaul said they couldn’t help because it was another company doing the unloading. That company said they could see if a more expensive unloaded were available. They had already checked some that were a little more expensive but none were available. We couldn’t afford the expensive ones. So there was nothing they could do. So I said to them… so we are just stuck with these appliances on the truck and we have only 3 hours before we have to have the truck back and no help that we paid for in advance! … I was told: I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do.
Thomas CThe lady did not go over the contract. She did not make sure the equipment was hooked up right. She added insurance on and forged my signature. I was lucky I had my original order. She acted very nice but the place was very junky . Not professional at all. Do not go to this location.

Joseph KVery convenient location for me and the owner/operator was very nice and pleasant to deal with. They were able to accommodate a schedule change which was a huge help to me. I will definitely use them again and recommend.

KATHERINE MOverall Angela and her family were very kind. I was reassigned this location the morning of due to lack of trucks and it was over 40 miles out of my way from my residence, which I was already not pleased by. But Angela and her family made them selves accessible and friendly as soon as we arrived! My gas was less than a quarter tank, the dash read 38 miles until empty. I was advised to return the vehicle with as much gas as I was given which wound up being a problem when I returned the vehicle.
