This may have been my fault. But I never received any paperwork saying that the trailer had been turned in. And believe it or not several weeks later I received a notification saying that the trailer hadn't been turned in. I called you all about this problem and they took care of it for me. I did have a picture where I dropped the trailer off at the rider location near Bolivia North Carolina and just as I snapped the picture the lady from the U-Haul place had stepped around the corner so I had her in the photo. This location was only 3 miles from the arrival point but Uhaul wanted me to travel 20 miles to drop off. This location help me by changing the location and took the trailer 2 days early. Even though I never got a copy of the contract, this location took care of everything.Faustino G.

One thing that cannot be helped is internet service. It made it a challenge to use mobile dropoff. But, other than that it was an easy transaction. Employee who helped me pick up the truck was very nice and helpful.Ronald L.

I dropped off the truck and trailer at the location and though I could use my phone, the UHaul app said it couldn't connect. We have had this problem before at other locations. I dropped the key in the dropbox, called UHaul, explained our situation and they said it would be checked in manually the next day, which was still within our rental period. Two days later I checked my credit card invoice and was charged $62.64 for gas that I had previously filled the tank to the 3/8 mark on the gauge. Why doesn't the UHaul app ever work correctly and why this RIDICULOUS charge?James B.

I had a very stressful experience. I had went online and got truck scheduled. During this time I was sent two places to pick it up and drop it off. I had to call customer service 5 times. The website is not easy to understand. Very frustrating experience. I spent over 2 hours on the phone. Because of the( glitches) I missed the pick up time. It was closed. Then the frustration level goes way up. There should be an easier way to get the vehicle and return it.beatrice W.

If i could leave 0 stars, i would. I was scheduled to pick up at 4pm on a Thursday. Arrived to find the store never opened. After over 2 hours of sitting on hold, being bounced from person to person, I spoke with the "area field manager" by the name of Steven Kellerman. He explained the location's owner had an emergency, and would meet me there within 30 minutes. I arrive to learn from the franchise's owner that she "took her employees swimming." So I was blatantly lied to by managment, in order to "fix" my problem. After leaving 3 hours later then planned on a long haul, I was forced to stop and get a hotel, which was an otherwise avoidable expense. Fast forward to me returning the rental. I arrive 2 hours early to the location to learn that they pulled the same thing again. The store never opened and i had no one to drop off to. Several attempts to reach both the store and the area manager were unsuccessful. Was forced to drop it off, take pictures, and text them to the manager. The level of professionalism from both the store and the field manager were nonexistant. The whole experience was a nightmare. I would avoid this location, and uhaul in general, if at all possible.Michael R.

Delightful Dog Grooming was an excellent location for U-haul rental. The employee I spoke with was very friendly and outgoing. There was even some cool hand-made art work available in the lobby to look at while the paper work was being finalized. 10/10 would recommend.Victor N.
