Was told I could pick the truck up Friday night at 7. Upon arriving was told the person who deals with u-haul wasn't there so I left my phone number for them to call me when he is back. At 8:30 I got a call so went back to pick it up. Spent 3/4 of an hour standing there while the guy tried to figure out how to use the rental app. The truck also had no windshield washer fluid in it.

Well let's start with having the vehicle clean when it's picked up then let's add to that it would be nice that when you're renting a vehicle it actually had some kind of fuel in it not start at pulling the parking lot and have the gas light come on not to mention I would say it since the beer need of a tune-up in that it burnt $240 for the fuel in a single day
