Showed up at 430pm for a 5pm reservation, was told the clerk was busy (this was a gas station location). Than the clerk said he is to busy to help me and I need to wait. Finally at 525pm I was given the key. He did not go over anything with me. I called uhaul customer service and the employee walked me through what I needed todo. I took a photo of my mileage, the clerk added 29 miles to my start mileage. Uhaul has not fixed this yet and charged me. I have provided uhual two times my photo time stamped beginning and ending mileage.

pamela lThis was a terrible experience not including this location. I ordered a 20ft truck from a nearby facility over 30 hours in advance to pick up at 6:30am. Once arrived, they stated there was no equipment assigned and even customer service couldn’t get the truck for me. They asked me to drive an additional 30 miles out of my way at 6:30 in the morning to get another truck. I ended up canceling the order and having to order a larger truck that I didn’t need, not pick up for an hour after my movers arrived and this all ended up costing me an extra $285 due to the inaccurate information telling me my truck and equipment was ready for pick up at the desired location. This location assisted correctly and provided me everything I needed.
