Truck was dirty when I received it. Trying to upload the pictures upon receiving was a hassle. $124 for a 40 mins round trip and returned it an hour early. Ridiculous. Overpriced.

SHANI RThis location for the drop off this this location for the drop off they were closed. I had to get the one-way U-Haul truck back at 7 o’clock in the morning. They had to Dropbox for the key of the U-Haul truck so the employees were not there. Supposedly they open up at eight or nine again thank you Uhaul for letting me rent a one-way truck thank you for your attention in this matter Scott Kasperowicz

Robert Iless than 24 hours to pick up - my location for pick up was changed - this added 2 1/2 hours round trip an also added a headache. i appreciated that UHAYUL have me a discount and a little extra miles - but it actually wound up costing more due to gas and more miles - little disappointed at that

antoinea gI was charged extra for gas and i had put it at where it was when I received it and still charged me extra ..... 20.00$ also the check engine light was on ... and it was filthy ...I.. never again
irvin bInform the customer of ALL fees in advance of the rental. * I carefully calculated the miles and it didn't add up to what was reflected on the vehicle odometer!!! No way that I put 70miles on that moving van!!!! The vehicle had low air pressure on a 6 degree day. Had to call Roadside assistance almost right after I realized that the left front tire continued to lose tire pressure.

ROBERT MI had a mobile pick up and the website could not find my reservations!!! It took over an hour for me to pick up my truck! Then I ordered the furniture dolly and it was not in my truck! I ended up having to go to bridgeton to pick up a furniture dolly!!! This was a huge inconvenience considering I had only one day to get all of my large furniture out of my house because I have a full time job and a part time job!!!! I was not happy at all!!!!!!

providence rvery small center, tight area for maneuvering large trucks and trailers. also no mechanic person on-site to assist with trailer hook up etc.
